Hi all, I'm sure you're getting real sick of being asked to ID bikes, but I am kinda at a loss. I believe I have narrowed my bike down to the centurion brand in the early 80s but I can't quite get a positive ID. Frame number is M7M13454.
Champion butted tubing. Has a Shimano 600 crank (52/XX), 6 spd cassette, shimano light action rear derailer, suntour ARX front Derailleur, Tange Levin headset, SR Laprade seat post, diacompe 500 side pull brakes with quick release, the down post shifters and clamps for front Derailleur are Suntour. Diacompe brake levers. One MAVIC MA40 rim and an ARAYA red label. Both rims 27×1 1/4.
I have been looking through tons of old centurion catalogs to try to spot it. The thing that leaves me most perplexed is that is has zero places to attach bottle cages, Racks, and there are no cable stays on the top horizontal post.
