My wife has a GC5 and recently the freehub has started clicking under load, one of the pawls sounds like it isn’t engaging well.
This bike has a 12speed Deore drivetrain but the hub is HG and not Microspline, is it possible the hub is actually a road 11spd freehub body? I can not find any HG 12speed Shimano hubs, it’s all MS.
I sent this in to the Canyon automated system but after 5 days and no reply I’m thinking this group may be fast to find the answer.
