Bikepacking Adventure Cycling in the Netherlands I Exploring with Komoot the Huttentrektoch

Short bikepacking trip exploring a new route in the Netherlands, the Huttentrektoch original @komoot route. My first time bikepacking in a group, meeting new people and discovering beautiful gravel and cycle paths along the way. This route is a mixed terrain route, I did it on my F/All-Road bike with 35mm tyres but some people managed to ride it with 25mm tyres, there are some sandy gravel sections for which gravel tyres might be more suitable.

The route is designed so you can have a good night’s sleep in the super nice log cabins (hut) along the way, but there are plenty of options including camping spots and hotels.

I rode only part of the route from Arnhem to Apeldoorn which was around 166 km but the full Huttentrektoch is 386km. you can find the full route in the link below:
