Josie offers yoga classes, workshops & retreats in the Fleetville area of St Albans, around the UK & abroad.
Classes are either ‘In person’ in Josie’s home studio & garden or Online via Zoom.

everyone is welcome. Classes are friendly & small with a strong focus on physical alignment, breathwork & relaxation, helping you develop an overall sense of steadiness & wellbeing.
