I am planning a 3-day trip which will be a first for my 11-year old. The constraints are: 1) Start from an easily accessible train station, 2) End at Gardaland (Peschiera del Garda), and 3) doable in 3 days with 25-35 km per day, 4) follow separated bike lanes or secondary roads with very little traffic.
I thought about starting from Mirandola and follow EV7, but I’m not a big fan of the Po Valley when the air is stagnant. My current candidate is Rovereto to Peschiera del Garda following EV7 and if I recall correctly it’s a beautiful path.
I wonder if there is another option I’m overlooking, especially along the coast of Garda. If we were to go to Riva del Garda and hop on a ferry, could we try the bike paths on the western coast and come back to eastern coast to finish?
