My tyre doesn’t seat in the inner rim

So I’ve just mounted gp5k in 25 mm on my new rims. No issue with front wheels but on the rear one I can’t get the tyre to seat properly on the rim in one sector of the wheels (see picture) can you help me . I’m using ride now tubes not tubeless btw
