Chesini X Uno custom? Who is IL Gatto 🐈‍⬛ ?

Hey hey, I just recently got my hands on my very dream machine, a beautiful Chesini X uno in near NOS condition as far as I can tell.

I’m curious to the name that is engraved / pantograph onto the top tube, if it could be a custom order or have any significance?

Also I could use some input on dating it.

It oddly has no frame sticker and so far I could not find a frame number.

The group looks original to me with first gen C-record?
