Both donated to our non-profit in the past few weeks… A 1990 (iirc) Nishiki Pinnacle and a Cascade, both with very nice paintwork. The Pinnacle was their high end offering, full XT, paint matched stem and bar, sub 22lbs! The Cascade is slightly newer, Cunningham inspired, LX, monostay and straight bladed fork. We also got a neon green, elevated chainstay Ariel recently, but it was (predictably) cracked. Still have the fork, though.
Both of these came from the same shop: Second Life Cycles. It was the best shop in town back in the '80s and early '90s. Comotion Cycles is made up of some of their ex-builders.
I want the Pinnacle, but also know I won't really ride it.
Anyway, just thought I'd share these nice vintage machines.
