Hello all!
I am new to bikepacking and wanted to ask for advise on what bike I should get.
I currently have a specialized allez 56cm but have run into some limitations with this bike for bikepacking. It has a pretty small clearance (can only fit 28mm tires).
For a bikepacking bike, these are the main things I’m looking for:
-Clearance for 35mm tires
-56cm or large (I am 5’10”)
-Front and rear pannier compatible
-Water cages on frame or fork (ideally fork)
-Suited for a 2 month bikepacking trip
Please reach out if you have any thoughts on the bike I should get that meets the things I am looking for in a bike.
