Wondering if anyone knows if this is a good price. Seems refurbished with new parts and in great condition. I'm also wondering if anyone has any experience with sizing? I'm 5'5", according to Bianchi's website, 50cm frame should be my size but this post says up to 5'3". Thanks in advance!
