Crossing the Seine near Le Havre via the Pont de Normandie is pretty easy these days, thanks to the bus that connects Le Havre and Honfleur (extending to Caen). Ticket is 2,90€ and after a reservation (until the day before at 16:00) you can take your bike with you for free. It gets attached on the back of the bus with a simple yet sturdy system.

I used it last month, it was great. The phone number didn't work to make a reservation, but a quick message to the customer support did the trick. 30 min later my reservation was confirmed. This might also work for those who don't speak French (deepl is your friend there). I had more than enough time to attach my bike to the rack and i could store my luggage in the luggage compartment. The driver was super friendly as well. 10/10, highly recommend if you're not too keen on cycling on a highway bridgde 😉
