comes for some of you, especially for us after the lunch break so I will try to make it as lively as possible it will perhaps seem a little boring to you but once you ‘we will have finished that once you are all correctly registered you will be able to live your student life 100% and we are convinced that you will have a blast within our establishment so we will start with the first step uh of your du process of the registration process can we go back please Adelina it was just a misnomer I’m sorry uh it’s the CVEC so in fact once you have been accepted and you have validated your choice to come to ex-marseille university you are in the visa procedure once you have your visa we will ask you to start your registration at Amu your registration at Amu necessarily begins with this step the step is CVEC what is CVEC it is the contribution to student and campus life in fact it is a fund that each student will give and this fund will be redistributed for student life and campus so you will be able to benefit from it for example it is thanks to the CVEC that you will be able to participate in the sports course on the Aix-Marseille Université site and you will see there is a very large choice uh it is thanks to the CVC in fact allows us to facilitate the reception of students because there are funds which are released for your reception there are funds which are released to support cultural initiatives there are many of things which are carried out thanks to this fund so this process is compulsory for all students including international students it amounts to €103 per year you of you uh will be exempt from the CVEC so the exemptions are quite restricted and and reserved only for certain cases for example refugee students, students benefiting from subsidiary protection or students registered as asylum seekers and having this right to remain on the ground therefore all students even those exempt will have to go to this site will pay or will demonstrate that they can be exempt and you will obtain a certificate this certificate it is absolutely necessary that you download it download you will be able to have access to it afterwards but don’t worry it’s not the one ‘certificate that must be downloaded at a specific time and otherwise we won’t find it, however you will need it for your next steps so we can move on to the next slide, ah yes, what I forgot about you to mention for the CVEC sorry is that you can do it now however the best thing we advise you is to do it as close as possible to your registration, that is to say wait until you have finished your visa process uh to be able to carry out this CVEC you can pay it by bank card online by bank card or otherwise by uh in cash when you are in France uh on the FDJ networks well all this information is certificate you can uh uh start your administrative registration process what is it’s administrative registration it’s uh your entry point to the university if you are not administratively registered you will not be considered as a student that means that without registration administrative you will not have a school certificate and you will not have a student card it is via this administrative registration that you will be able to connect to the digital work environment which is the NT and that you will be able to get in touch with your components or uh proceed with the steps of educational registrations to present you for the exams that we will see later uh without registration no just one last info sorry adolina it’s me who is a little messy I’m sorry uh it’s this administrative registration which gives you the right to register for the sports course which gives you the right to go to the university library or to participate in all the activities offered by the university so we can move on to the next slide there you go then how to register you register through a unique site called apo primo you have the QR code on the screen and you also have the email address so as it is specified on the slide the visa a validated visa is necessary and obligatory during this registration so let’s imagine you are ready to register because you already have your CVEC certificate you go to this site you go to this site and in fact we will ask you for access codes these access codes access they are different depending on the application tool that you used that we will see later some of you applied via higher education course others went through study in France others went through my Masters so this is how you are going to have these access codes is specified on the first page of apo primo so I will just take as an example study in France because I think that a majority of you have passed by study in France there you have the impression at this precise moment that you do not have a code and this is normal because this code will be transmitted to you by the university by your component as soon as your visa process is completed therefore don’t worry if you don’t have one at the moment if you have gone through other application platforms such as SUP or my Master course generally it is your identifier in fact which will be used to access apo primimo this registration procedure administrative it is not very long it lasts about 15 minutes if everything goes well from time to time as it happens so as it happens in all areas there may be a bug it’s not serious there is an email address which is specified on apo Primo and who is deve-assistance@univ-amu.fr so you will find it don’t worry you will find it easily on apo Primo and you can actually contact the university if for example you encounter a problem here it is there you are unable to access poopro because despite the with because you have studied in France we send you identifiers these identifiers do not work it does not matter we breathe we send an email to deve-assistance@univ-amu.fr uh if you have other problems it’s the same it’s definitely assistance there are still a certain number of people who are behind this email address so sometimes it can take them a little more than a day to answer you because well there are 80,000 students who register each year at expar at university but on the other hand you will never wait more than 3 days so do n’t worry everything is done to answer your questions if you never have one while ah yes especially when you connect to apo primo you must have I have already said it but I repeat it your CVEC certificate whether you are exempt or you have paid for it you must bring of your bank card because that’s when you can pay the the calendar there is a different calendar depending on the application platform that you used we will start with study in France so study in France you will be able to start registering from July 1 at 2 p.m. and from July 25 until the 25 July until 12 p.m. then you will be able to resume from August 22 at 2 p.m. until September 20 at 12 p.m. you will not be able to register outside of these periods why these periods is because these are dates on which there will be people who will be able to answer staff who will be able to answer your questions that’s why we stopped this period if there 12 you will be able to register from July 9 at 2 p.m. until July 19 at 12 p.m. if you do not register in this period there your place will be considered vacant so it will be put back on the application market so I strongly advise you to register as soon as you have the visa if you are accepted between July 13 and August 18 you will be able to register between July 13 at 2 p.m. and July 27 at 12 p.m. then resume from August 22 at 2 p.m. until August 28 at 12 p.m. the same you must respect this period otherwise your insption your place will be considered vacant there will be then a last wave so the students who will have accepted an admission offer from August 19 and these will have to register as quickly as possible after acceptance after acceptance and they will have until registration so some for example will ask you to download attachments on to download documents attached on your therefore in attachments we you they will send you this list there the attachments generally they differ depending on the components so we I really advise you to wait for these this their their communication just for information uh for all the cycles finally the parts attached which are obligatory that we must ask for it will be for example a copy of an official identity document so passport residence permit it will be a copy of the civil liability insurance certificate uh a copy of the certificate registration or exemption from the CVEC the image rights session authorization form uh we will also be able to ask you for an identity photo or a statement of your baccalaureate equivalent but that I encourage you to wait for your your the indication of your component we can move on to the next step then you are registered administratively well done now you have to register educationally so the educational registration is what will allow you uh to register for the tutorials but which will register you also uh for the exams so no educational registration at the university we consider that you are not really registered because in fact we are not going to be able to do the exams for you because you will not be able to follow the exams so you should not miss the deadlines the deadlines which will be indicated to you by the component so this educational registration will therefore depend on what each component will ask of you therefore there are several registrations which can be requested depending on the number of supervised works that you go follow and it’s up to you to make your choice in relation to your schedule, your desires or your professional project so the calendar is specific to each sector, that’s why we don’t indicate it here and it can be consulted on the site from the faculty of the school or the Institute we invite you to do it as quickly as possible then there you have a link which will very interest you and I strongly encourage you to consult it it is the educational calendars this educational calendar so it is the calendar that your is possible that if your registration fees are greater than €1000. you can also pay by check then the check must be made payable to the Accounting Officer of ex Marseille University if you wish you can pay by cash but be careful you must keep in mind that to pay by species, the amount of your registration fees must be less than €300 so this will not be the case for everyone. €300 means that it only concerns students who will be partially exempt from registration fees and to pay in cash you will have to go to the fararo site and there is no exemption possible so if you are in Digne in Arles you will be able to pay for your meals at the university in the cafeteria of the university restaurants you will have the student card which gives you access and which makes it easier for you let’s say to uh search for reductions and preferential rates in the cultural sector with the pctamu so here on the sites you have all the reductions all the reductions to which you have access and all the events in which you can uh participate with fees uh with preferential rates for you students of exmarseille university you will be able to pay for the cross restaurants the laundromats also you will be able to access the university libraries of all the campuses so you are not obliged to be uh to go to the library of your campus but you will be able to uh enter all the libraries and take advantage of all the services of all the libraries on all campuses and also participate in registering for the Nox sports activities of the swaps which we will talk about in a few minutes with all the services of the university so uh here the student card is very important to take advantage of numerous offers and uh to also take advantage of the restaurant as we said the raw restaurants have complete meals
