well welcome everyone I am Émilie Farfouillon I am responsible for the international student reception unit within the International Relations Department of Aix -Marseille University perhaps some of you are starting to prepare their arrival in France and are already encountering some difficulties but don’t panic, the international student reception unit is there to support you in all your administrative procedures and then allow you to quickly concentrate on the success of your studies. We are delighted to see you again today. Today for this final conference together, don’t hesitate to tune in this Thursday for the two question-and-answer sessions in English and French. I will now give the floor to Adélina and Mathilde from the training department who will give you the floor. give essential information on registering for university, university life as well as in the region I wish you all a good webinar Adélina I will give you the floor thank you very much Émilie hello welcome and well found to you all I hope that these conference cycles have helped you a lot, have still served as support for your administrative procedures or your steps to understand a little of what is going to happen in France, don’t worry if everything is still unclear, we will be there at your return we will be there again during these before your arrival in France with this conference and with the conference on Thursday which really gives you the floor for all your questions and we will really try to sweep away all the aspects that we have seen so far ‘today today we are going to see the last step but it is basically the first step of your start of project and study in France and at MU so the registrations university life all all the services that you will be able to meet in the university and daily life so we will give you some advice to uh find your bearings more easily here in France here at the university in your respective campuses so as usual we will start with a little tour of table to see uh to make us travel to your destination in your countries of origin so we ask you to scan these QR Code to answer this question among of you have already answered so what is your nationality what is your country so I lets you scan the codes and enter the event with the codes you have on the the the slides the slides we will see your answers to Russia Algeria Central Africa Mauritius we are already starting to travel a little with all these different differences nationalities Ivory Coast Burkinabé Tunisia Ivory Coast and well to a beautiful world map of everything that we are going to find you Togo Brazil and well welcome to all of you and we will really find a beautiful mix of nationalities at the start of the school year we continues this round of the table with another little question which uh which concerns the faculty of your return to school so which faculty you belong to at the start of the school year to which faculty you are registered but the most common faculty is always at the Faculty of arts letters and languages then we have the FEG the faculty of rights Faculty of Sciences also Medical scientist Scien and well that’s it it’s a bit of a vision of your your your career so we come back to the PPT and we will see in this in this conference precisely the part of the registrations I will immediately give the floor to the Directorate of Training with Mathilde Gabriel whom I already thank because it is a big part of university life what she will give us present and what she is going to present to you so I will leave you with her and she will really explain to you all the stages of your registration Mathilde I will let you speak and I will take care of exchanging the page ok great thank you Adelina, thank you to the International Relations Department for inviting me today and thank you to the students for coming in such large numbers because I have the impression that there are a lot of participants so I’m sorry Please excuse me in advance for this part about the registration is not the most fun so in addition it comes for some of you, especially for us after the lunch break so I will try to make it as lively as possible it will perhaps seem a little boring to you but once you ‘we will have finished that once you are all correctly registered you will be able to live your student life 100% and we are convinced that you will have a blast within our establishment so we will start with the first step uh of your du process of the registration process can we go back please Adelina it was just a misnomer I’m sorry uh it’s the CVEC so in fact once you have been accepted and you have validated your choice to come to ex-marseille university you are in the visa procedure once you have your visa we will ask you to start your registration at Amu your registration at Amu necessarily begins with this step the step is CVEC what is CVEC it is the contribution to student and campus life in fact it is a fund that each student will give and this fund will be redistributed for student life and campus so you will be able to benefit from it for example it is thanks to the CVEC that you will be able to participate in the sports course on the Aix-Marseille Université site and you will see there is a very large choice uh it is thanks to the CVC in fact allows us to facilitate the reception of students because there are funds which are released for your reception there are funds which are released to support cultural initiatives there are many of things which are carried out thanks to this fund so this process is compulsory for all students including international students it amounts to €103 per year you can then to pay it in fact you have to access the CVEC website so you have on this slide the email address and as well as the QR code once you can grab your phone or on a computer and scan this QR code or insert the Internet address and you will come across a site on this site you are going to create an account we can go to here it is and you will then make the payment some of us of you not all of you uh will be exempt from the CVEC so the exemptions are quite restricted and and reserved only for certain cases for example refugee students, students benefiting from subsidiary protection or students registered as asylum seekers and having this right to remain on the ground therefore all students even those exempt will have to go to this site will pay or will demonstrate that they can be exempt and you will obtain a certificate this certificate it is absolutely necessary that you download it download you will be able to have access to it afterwards but don’t worry it’s not the one ‘certificate that must be downloaded at a specific time and otherwise we won’t find it, however you will need it for your next steps so we can move on to the next slide, ah yes, what I forgot about you to mention for the CVEC sorry is that you can do it now however the best thing we advise you is to do it as close as possible to your registration, that is to say wait until you have finished your visa process uh to be able to carry out this CVEC you can pay it by bank card online by bank card or otherwise by uh in cash when you are in France uh on the FDJ networks well all this information is on the site so I encourage you strongly to go see especially if you are interested in cash payments everything is explained above in one click you have the information once you have this this certificate you can uh uh start your administrative registration process what is it’s administrative registration it’s uh your entry point to the university if you are not administratively registered you will not be considered as a student that means that without registration administrative you will not have a school certificate and you will not have a student card it is via this administrative registration that you will be able to connect to the digital work environment which is the NT and that you will be able to get in touch with your components or uh proceed with the steps of educational registrations to present you for the exams that we will see later uh without registration no just one last info sorry adolina it’s me who is a little messy I’m sorry uh it’s this administrative registration which gives you the right to register for the sports course which gives you the right to go to the university library or to participate in all the activities offered by the university so we can move on to the next slide there you go then how to register you register through a unique site called apo primo you have the QR code on the screen and you also have the email address so as it is specified on the slide the visa a validated visa is necessary and obligatory during this registration so let’s imagine you are ready to register because you already have your CVEC certificate you go to this site you go to this site and in fact we will ask you for access codes these access codes access they are different depending on the application tool that you used that we will see later some of you applied via higher education course others went through study in France others went through my Masters so this is how you are going to have these access codes is specified on the first page of apo primo so I will just take as an example study in France because I think that a majority of you have passed by study in France there you have the impression at this precise moment that you do not have a code and this is normal because this code will be transmitted to you by the university by your component as soon as your visa process is completed therefore don’t worry if you don’t have one at the moment if you have gone through other application platforms such as SUP or my Master course generally it is your identifier in fact which will be used to access apo primimo this registration procedure administrative it is not very long it lasts about 15 minutes if everything goes well from time to time as it happens so as it happens in all areas there may be a bug it’s not serious there is an email address which is specified on apo Primo and who is deve-assistance@univ-amu.fr so you will find it don’t worry you will find it easily on apo Primo and you can actually contact the university if for example you encounter a problem here it is there you are unable to access poopro because despite the with because you have studied in France we send you identifiers these identifiers do not work it does not matter we breathe we send an email to deve-assistance@univ-amu.fr uh if you have other problems it’s the same it’s definitely assistance there are still a certain number of people who are behind this email address so sometimes it can take them a little more than a day to answer you because well there are 80,000 students who register each year at expar at university but on the other hand you will never wait more than 3 days so do n’t worry everything is done to answer your questions if you never have one while ah yes especially when you connect to apo primo you must have I have already said it but I repeat it your CVEC certificate whether you are exempt or you have paid for it you must bring of your bank card because that’s when you can pay the registration fees at Aix-Marseille University here we can move on to the next time adolina thank you then it’s going to be a very timed part it’s is on the for compand you will be able to access apo primo so you have to pay attention to the dates because these are not indicative dates but they are formal dates you must respect them at all costs they are in red then you will have the PPT but write it on a posite take a photo of it uh burn it on your desk I don’t know but above all you have to stick to these dates if you don’t stick to them on these dates except for exceptions because there is a problem for example at the embassy and your visa is issued to you late or for reasons uh for very few reasons we will not accept your application if you ever have a problem to apply that you think that you are not going on time and that you have a valid reason and generally the valid reason is just uh the issuance of the visa by the embassy which is late you can uh contact uh your component and explain the problem but if it’s because you are on vacation and you missed the registration session there is very little chance that you uh that will allow you to bypass this schedule so to resume on the calendar there is a different calendar depending on the application platform that you used we will start with study in France so study in France you will be able to start registering from July 1 at 2 p.m. and from July 25 until the 25 July until 12 p.m. then you will be able to resume from August 22 at 2 p.m. until September 20 at 12 p.m. you will not be able to register outside of these periods why these periods is because these are dates on which there will be people who will be able to answer staff who will be able to answer your questions that’s why we stopped this period if there is ever a bug if ever there is a problem in your registration on Crimo we will be able to quickly answer your question and give you an answer by the way Mathilde if I can add some information we are talking about Paris French time thank you Milie thank you that’s yes indeed it’s there ‘time Paris timetable we can move on to the next one thank you so now we’re moving on to the sup course so I think some of you applied via the sup course you must have seen that the sup course is in waves so there was a first list of students who were accepted and there are others who are applying on additional lists, don’t worry, all these waves were taken into account in relation to the periods registration so if you have definitively accepted your admission proposal uh between May 30 and July 12 you will be able to register from July 9 at 2 p.m. until July 19 at 12 p.m. if you do not register in this period there your place will be considered vacant so it will be put back on the application market so I strongly advise you to register as soon as you have the visa if you are accepted between July 13 and August 18 you will be able to register between July 13 at 2 p.m. and July 27 at 12 p.m. then resume from August 22 at 2 p.m. until August 28 at 12 p.m. the same you must respect this period otherwise your insption your place will be considered vacant there will be then a last wave so the students who will have accepted an admission offer from August 19 and these will have to register as quickly as possible after acceptance after acceptance and they will have until September 29 to register to proceed with this registration on apo primo so I remind you to register you will first have to have validated the have validated the CVEC then you can register on apo primo so technically it is not supposed to take you a lot of time time ah you must have the visa also you can go to the slide my Master so my Master if your admission proposal has been definitively accepted between June 4 and July 15 you will be able to register from July 1 at 2 p.m. until to July 19 at 12 p.m. if your admission proposal was accepted between July 16 and August 28 you will be able to register between July 16 at 2 p.m. and July 25 at 12 p.m. then you will be able to resume from August 22 until August 29, 12 p.m. uh for those who will have accepted a proposal from August 27 like the sup course in the shortest possible time, it is really necessary to do it as quickly as possible and you will have until September 20, 20, 2024 at 12 you should know that sometimes the components uh yes sorry I’m going to apply before adding no no we can it was rather global uh some of you applied via icandidat so it concerns licenses 2 and licenses 3 the pro license uh the goals uh the PE IIP the 1st and 2nd cycle health studies the state diplomas occupational therapy uh pedicure podiatry massage therapy and the certificate of speech therapy speech therapy speech therapy I too need a little speech therapy uh that would be from June 1st to July 1st 2 p.m. until July 25, 2024 at 12 p.m. and we will resume from August 22 at 2 p.m. until September 20, 20 at 12 p.m. then only for LPs it will be until September 30, 2024 for Master 2, engineering diplomas and state nursing diplomas in advanced practice that registrations will take place from July 1 at 2 p.m. until 25 uh until July 25, 2024 at 12 p.m. then from August 22 at 2 p.m. until September 30, 2024 at 12 p.m. you need to know that most of the registration end dates, so at the end of September, are based on educational registrations and that if you are not registered educationally in fact you are not registered for the exams so if you are not registered educationally for the university registered administratively at the university the components from a certain date the components they will no longer be able to accept you that’s why for the last waves higher courses and my Master it is necessary at all costs to start the immediate process immediately here we can move on to the slide once you have carried out your registration firstly we will ask you to finalize your administrative registration this administrative registration will differ depending on the components so there are some which will use an Eris so it’s an application that will allow you to make an appointment and place you on site finally you PZ go to the university to finalize the registration in fact we will ask you to provide attachments so that’s fine be copies of your identity cards residence cards so that actually depends on the components there are some of them it will rather be online or they will have their own process so there on the slide that you have which appears at on the screen you can see that if you belong to logicam to the Faculty the faculty of economics management at linsp where the faculty I have a memory lapse fdsp do it must be fdsp sorry the faculty of law and political science or at the Music Center you can make an appointment on to finalize the registration on the other hand if you are part of the allsh faculty of the fsmpm faculty of the Faculty of Sciences FS of the FSS the Faculty of Sports Sciences of the IMPGT therefore the management of the IUT Pharma Polytech or aujptas there the component will give you registration information on the procedure to follow to finalize your registration so some for example will ask you to download attachments on to download documents attached on your therefore in attachments we you they will send you this list there the attachments generally they differ depending on the components so we I really advise you to wait for these this their their communication just for information uh for all the cycles finally the parts attached which are obligatory that we must ask for it will be for example a copy of an official identity document so passport residence permit it will be a copy of the civil liability insurance certificate uh a copy of the certificate registration or exemption from the CVEC the image rights session authorization form uh we will also be able to ask you for an identity photo or a statement of your baccalaureate equivalent but that I encourage you to wait for your your the indication of your component we can move on to the next step then you are registered administratively well done now you have to register educationally so the educational registration is what will allow you uh to register for the tutorials but which will register you also uh for the exams so no educational registration at the university we consider that you are not really registered because in fact we are not going to be able to do the exams for you because you will not be able to follow the exams so you should not miss the deadlines the deadlines which will be indicated to you by the component so this educational registration will therefore depend on what each component will ask of you therefore there are several registrations which can be requested depending on the number of supervised works that you go follow and it’s up to you to make your choice in relation to your schedule, your desires or your professional project so the calendar is specific to each sector, that’s why we don’t indicate it here and it can be consulted on the site from the faculty of the school or the Institute we invite you to do it as quickly as possible then there you have a link which will very interest you and I strongly encourage you to consult it it is the educational calendars this educational calendar so it is the calendar that your parent component will follow throughout the academic year so it is the calendar which will give the lat of your life it is the calendar which will indicate to you when you have holidays it is the calendar which will tell you when you will have weeks of lessons it is the calendar which will tell you when you will have exams or when the catch-ups will be this calendar it will not be modified so once that you have achieved all that we can resume at the level of registration fees uh as you know to study at university you have to pay registration fees these tuition fees they can be paid in different ways so we can pay by direct debit so this debit can be done in three installments without charge you will have to make the request at the level of your education the TR fa without charge it is possible that if your registration fees are greater than €1000. you can also pay by check then the check must be made payable to the Accounting Officer of ex Marseille University if you wish you can pay by cash but be careful you must keep in mind that to pay by species, the amount of your registration fees must be less than €300 so this will not be the case for everyone. €300 means that it only concerns students who will be partially exempt from registration fees and to pay in cash you will have to go to the fararo site and there is no exemption possible so if you are in Digne in Arles or on another site a little out of the way from Marseille you will have to take into account that you will need to make an appointment with the accounting agent via a form and go to Marseille or to the Pho site to be able to pay in cash a refund is possible under certain conditions, particularly in cases of late decision of scholarship there but on the other hand not all scholarships exempt you from registration fees so a little later you will see the differentiated fees I will just talk about it quickly now so that it is a little clearer on the registration fees so some of them now for non-EU students uh we will ask you uh to pay uh increased registration fees so we will see the amounts later but it is 2850 € for the license and 3879 € for the Master these fees differentiated they cannot be paid by cash so if you are subject to differentiated fees it will not be possible to request payment by cash and you will only be able to pay by direct debit and by check we can go to the slide here then school loan for international students you must pay differentiated registration fees these differentiated registration fees they are carried out on the nationality I you then I encourage you very strongly because I know that many many of you have questions in particular do I I am subject to the differentiated registration fee so we will not be able to see everyone’s case but on the other hand the International Relations Department has made a very clear and easily readable flowchart and you will be able to determine your situation in less than 20 seconds for this you have to click on the link below or enter the code and you will arrive on a page where everything is explained so the differentiated fees they are they are for all non-EU students with the exception of certain nationalities we will not be able to list all the exempt nationalities because it will take too long and we will put too many people to sleep so really connect to the site and uh read take note of the framework we have also added the link in the chat like that at least the students thank you there is directly the link in the chat so before asking the question really look click on this link and it is very very very it is very very easily readable if you are exempt you PZ them the same amount as European students so there it is a little map which shows the countries exempt from fees differentiate uh but of course so everything which is in green all the countries which are colored colored in green uh they are exempt but the list on the website is cold, I’m willing to speak and I thank Mathilde very much but really very much for these of her intervention she told you this is not the most fan part of your stay but you have to go through this for uh so that everything is ind descent afterwards so I really thank this this intervention keep in mind the dates that concern you afterward you will have all the information on the sites and on the recording of this conference and online too so don’t worry you will find your dates and uh find yourself in your respective processes so we come back to the conference and a small question to clarify is that you the important documents to keep with you so what are the documents to have with you in paper and digital format not only for registration but in general for all the steps you have to do so I’ll let you scan the QR codes I’ll take the booklab so you can respond then is -what are the uh the documents that you must have with you the identity documents schooling the personal documents the Ribes we saw last week the email address the identity documents home document resources documents of identity home insurance certificate of schooling Visa it begins the results are there documentidentity school documents personal documents this is the right answer RIB also not too much for visas and residence documents I will add a little extra to the visa too that would be good to have it with you because it is very important to have it with you because as Mathilde told you without a visa you will not be able to start the registration process so it would be good to have the visas with you you and it goes with the identity document the personal documents so it’s it’s a document to have with you with all the others that you mentioned it’s very very good what you did great we can continue and I then have a little summary summary I don’t know if Mathilde wants to end the intervention with these these summaries uh yes of course then the registration so that’s all we have seen until now so the CVEC necessarily to be carried out before the procedures on appo primo so whether you are exempt or not all of you will have to connect to this site and carry out the procedure without this procedure no registration then the registration fees to be checked therefore on the site the link of the site that we sent to you you will have to pay them before a certain time before the month of November but your component will specify it to you and the educational registration which will finalize your registration because without this educational registration you will not be registered for the exams and without being registered for the exams you will not will not be considered as a student and it would be a shame to have arrived there and then not to tell just for that so the cvoc the registrations and then you will be able to have your work direct the exams and all your calendar thank you very much again Mathilde we can continue on uh on our site I invite you to look at the registration FAQ if you still have questions I know that you have some for sure but we will we will really try to do the maximum so that you find your answers already on our site with the FAQ page and then with the question-and-answer session there on Thursday we continue with the second part it’s a slightly lighter part and uh without date without without pressure will be uh university life all the services that you can have at the university under your campuses so have your dens on your study sites we start with the NT what is the NT it is already it is an acronym digital environment of work and it is necessary to connect to this site there ent.unive-amu.fr to proceed with the registration and to activate its which gives you your identifiers and which gives you access to your personal file so in this space you find the school certificates your schedule according to the subjects that concern you the rel the transcripts the university mailbox where you will find all communications from the University especially our emails also invitations for events or important meetings at the university registration for exams registration for tutorials and the university university directory to find all the content you need so the very important first step is registration for the onity then you will have your card your student card and your easly card which is the payment method for the cafeterias for the university restaurants you will have to activate the easly.fr accounts recharge your student card and you will always have it with you in your on your phone and thanks to this card you will be able to pay for your meals at the university in the cafeteria of the university restaurants you will have the student card which gives you access and which makes it easier for you let’s say to uh search for reductions and preferential rates in the cultural sector with the pctamu so here on the sites you have all the reductions all the reductions to which you have access and all the events in which you can uh participate with fees uh with preferential rates for you students of exmarseille university you will be able to pay for the cross restaurants the laundromats also you will be able to access the university libraries of all the campuses so you are not obliged to be uh to go to the library of your campus but you will be able to uh enter all the libraries and take advantage of all the services of all the libraries on all campuses and also participate in registering for the Nox sports activities of the swaps which we will talk about in a few minutes with all the services of the university so uh here the student card is very important to take advantage of numerous offers and uh to also take advantage of the restaurant as we said the raw restaurants have complete meals at very attractive prices for students so €1 for scholarship students and €3.30 for non-scholarship students it’s a complete meal so that means in PL in main course drink and dessert you will have all the information in these QR codes and in the university restaurant sites and here we start with all the other services so the university restaurants but also the swaps for your physical and sporting activities you will have uh more than 80 sporting activities offered on all campuses and uh it there will be training courses you will be able to choose the activities that interest you uh and uh which are more or less close to your campus depending on your location uh very important also you will have the possibility of having a bonus with these activities up to at 0.5 points we will see more in detail later on the bonus systems but you should know that there are activities which give you uh 0.5 points on your average on your credit in full after as we talked about everything at the time of PACT Amu and therefore the culture of the department of culture and societies h I really invite you to look at the cultural agenda of Amu because the department of culture and society offers a very beautiful calendar of exhibition activities of shows uh for the students and with the students of Amu because the Amu students participate and create with the Directorate of Culture and Society really shows and evenings for uh for for exmarse university then the university libraries you have on all campuses and you are open to all of you so even if you have left uh you are from the Saint-Chles campus and you need an aluminum library you will be able to acc access without any problem with your student card and you will be able to borrow books to submit your thesis and also benefit from the training which is offered afterwards you will also have a university student health service which offers medical follow-up so if you want advice on searching a a doctor a treating doctor or if you want advice also for visits specific to your case I invite you quickly to check on your campus the presence of these services and to make an appointment uh if h if necessary and talk to consult the agents in the in the services uh there will be the possibility of having free consultations of psychological nursing medicines also sorphology sessions and uh you will really have total support according to your needs alongside the health mission there there is the Disability Mission which is very important for students with physical, sensory or psychological disabilities uh so on all campuses there is a disability mission service which uh which helps which supports and which accompanies the students who have which are in a situation of disability to uh benefit from accommodation here you have the websites you will find the contacts on all campuses really do not hesitate if you need support to contact these services there and then the student associations there are really many on all campuses and uh there is a service called the student life offices which can support you in the creation of your association if you want to with assistance of €350 uh on all campuses so uh student life office here you have the QR codes which give you the contacts on all campuses if you have an idea for an association to create or if you want to be part of an association already present on site after we have the university language services the sul which uh offers French language training with certifications for all levels and the B system it is very important for uh for you to have a parent h someone who is already at the university who already knows the university services and therefore h thanks to the B of the system you will be able to have a a Parin who you who will be able to help you in and accompany you in the knowledge of your campus you will be able to find students locals therefore French people it will also help you to know better the life of your life of your integration in France and you will be able to be accompanied by this this local student the bonus systems that we saw earlier with the swaps so uh ex Marseille university values the commitment of students with bonuses this means that uh Exmar university offers you bonuses on the general cmestrel average through activities if you carry out activities in the cultural sector deepening knowledge of creativity and entrepreneur entrepreneurship sports and uh student engagement that’s why I also invite you to uh check with all the services that we talked about if there are activities uh to which you can participate because you will be able to be involved in one side uh a practice of in the daily life knowing people but also uh you will be able to benefit from bonuses on your general average so uh do not hesitate to look uh in the sectors of culture with the culture services and culture if there are activities that may interest you in swaps or at the student life office for associations or in terms of student engagement we move on like this to the daily life so for your installation in France and once we have seen all the services that your university can offer you we can see a little we try to give you advice on daily life on your installation at the level of transport your budget it is very important to know the expenses that you will have on average in the months in the months and especially before your arrival dou shopping it is this also means the businesses which are close to your deos of your location give you some addresses and some brands also because perhaps you don’t know the shopping centers here for shopping and so we will give you that and especially the emergency numbers to always keep with you in case of emergency so you for the networks and the prices it really depends on your location when you will have your accommodation I hope that you already have it you have already found your accommodation but you have for Exen province the exambus Marseille artm networks and for travel between Marseille and ex the shuttles the distance then the shuttles are very very very practical because uh it starts from the Saint-Charles station and the bus station of the provinces which are in the city center and uh really arrive in the city center in a in in the two respective cities so it’s a very very practical service for students there is uh one every 5 minutes and there is a one lane uh direct and uh specific for buses so uh really it’s a transport it is a means of transport between Marseille and exemp Provin very practical very very used by students so if you live in Marseille but you have courses at examprovence do not worry because it is a really very very practical service which you will give yourself the possibility of being in examprovence very quickly and very easily and uh there is some until late in the evening so you will have the possibility of traveling throughout the day so the budget part is not a part very fan we come back here but just so that you are aware of your expenses uh in the months and so that you have an idea of of your of how to use your your your savings or your your your your savings so you will have in the in the in the month the expenses linked to housing therefore the rents which can range from 250 € to 450 € per month uh the home insurance between 20 € and 80 € per year it really depends on the home insurance that you have chosen it there are no prices which are and the services that you have chosen uh in the home insurance so there is not one of the precise prices but it depends on the home insurance that you have chosen after you have on average 200 € for meals transport 30 € per month it also depends on the card you choose the location you will have uh in relation to your campus but we have counted the maximum it is 30 € per month after you will have the Internet telephone charges and €15 per month for health so this is rather the vision that we have for the monthly expenses beyond the first month because for the first months it is the most expensive months we must consider that alongside these charges there will be the guarantee deposits which are equivalent to a rent so we must consider again between 250 and 450 € uh the first months and in addition the cvoc 103 € the registration fees h Europe is 2000 850 € for the license and 3800.79 € for the Master if you are European and if you are exempt therefore the fees the exemption fees that Mathilde spoke to us about earlier you will pay much less between €175 for the license and €250 for the masters so we considered more or less for the first months €1600 of expenses don’t be afraid it’s the first months it’s the hardest in terms of approach at the installation level at the level of costs but after everything will stabilize and you will have much more stable charges and expenses and much less expensive for the shopping here we have put some marks so that you know a little about the supermarkets which are present in France and which are present in Exen province in Marseille in Gap worthy in all the cities uh concerned by the university so you have auchamp Monoprix Carrefour
