Is this a good deal? $1,650 asking price for a 2012 Time RXRS Ulteam

It has full campy Super record 11 and aligns with my current bikes geometry. The owner is the original and has all the paperwork.

I was also thinking of maybe taking the wheels and groupo putting them on my current CAAD 9 and then selling the frame. How much do you think i can sell the frame for?
