Hey guys, currently on my tour and a day from Strasbourg. Bit confused on what way to go when leaving Strasbourg. The eurovelo 5 and 15 both join up in Strasbourg, split a little with the 5 going more west in France and the 15 more east in Germany, and then once again going back together in Basel.
The 15 seems way more direct, it’s just over 100km, and flatter! The 5 is just over 200km, so for me, that’s a day and a half extra cycling which is a fair amount. It’s also got a fair few more hills along the way.
15 sounds like a no brainer maybe as I’re so direct? But am I missing something and the 5 is the much better route?
