Portugal won it and I remember it that being that rule coming into place that same year they won it because Portugal won the Euro finishing third place in the group and uh it would be cool I mean it’s still a newish rule so it’s not surprising that they’re the only team to do that but I feel like they’re going to have that record of being the only country to do that winning the tournament as a
