700c Alex Rim wheel. Total load :bike, rider and panniers of 250 lbs. 35c schwalbe allmotion tire around 55 PSI.
On a 30 day tour of Brittany – a few bumpy trails but nothing crazy. Broken spoke. And I broke one last year touring for a month.
Bike is like new it's not long term wear. In theory spoke tension can be checked all around the wheel- when I get home.
Otherwise, what can be done? Run at slightly lower pressure? Advice?
