Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a commuter bike to use in NYC (could be as long as 1-hour commute from Brooklyn to Manhattan). Like the one I can use whether it's raining or snowing (not too heavily)
I've found this bike ($150) on Craigslist, and this particular model seems to have a reputation of being a good commuter bike.
I really need your help as I don't know much about what exactly to look for when buying a used bike. I've only bought cheap new bikes on Amazon that are under $250.
I'm willing to ask the seller to have the bike inspected at a bike shop if that's possible.
I'm planning to spend less than $250 for the bike cost and any potential service cost combined.
