Couldn’t find a definitive answer anywhere if it will fold or not, so decided to post. It’s a very tight fit so to say, but definitely works. Also grips were cut earlier so they are installed according to Ergon instructions (fully flush).
Was able to swap GP2 horns with GP4 on the same grips just fine, too. Didn’t knew if this was possible either.
