Hi all, I’m entirely new to cycling. I want to ride on the roads and explore the surrounding San Francisco areas (including some light gravel). This bike comes with lights, handlebar bag, new helmet. Is this a fair deal? Is this a decent quality bike for my needs? Thank you!
