i am ~40 and have been riding a 90s S&M dirtbike for the past 20+ years, even the newest components are 15 years old. i decided to get a modern bike. i originally wanted to do a custom S&M but by the time you get the frame and decent components its $2000 (or more!). i went with the Sunday Soundwave figuring it would be cheaper to buy this bike and then replace the frame than to buy the components and a different frame separately. but now that i have been riding it i am not so sure i want to replace the frame. this thing is awesome! The only things i replaced were the break lever (needed the dual cable) and added a gryo.
