I'm picking up a bike tomorrow that has an L shaped front bar rack like you see on bikes in the Netherlands
I'm sure I remember seeing an accessory on a Dutch website months ago that would allow you to secure a rucksack to a front rack but Google is failing me
The rack looks a bit like this and I want to easily and quickly strap and unstrap a rucksack
I definitely saw a specific Dutch accessory for this. Looking at Dutch sites for UK/US markets is getting me nowhere
Does anyone know what I mean? If not can you please recommend what websites people in NL use?
I'm actually going to Utrecht next month and want to know what I am looking for
