Found this crack forming on the base of my Dr Tray bike rack , I originally had this same problem within the first 3 months of owning it & had a replacement arm warrantied. This time around they just fully upgraded me to their latest model since this is discontinued for free & shipped to my door in 2 days..
Amazing customer service but nervous on the longevity of this rack… anyone have any reviews ?
