day 17 cycling from the UK to Singapore um yeah had a good day yesterday stayed at this campsite it’s pretty good I just saw couple of restaurants in it as well a little bit more expensive at 20 but what can you do just making my coffee on the carage now and then I should be underway 2 15 km from pasu which is the Border Town with Austria so I reckon I can do that in two days or at least the morning of the third the minimum then that’s it that’s the end of Germany it’s been epic uh so still two days left in Bavaria couple of Hills going on as well but it’s pretty overcast today it was a spot of rain before but I’m really hoping that it doesn’t rain cuz no one lik cycling in the rain do they but we’ll have to wait and see okay okay it is officially raining quite a lot and I do not like it everything’s wet I’m getting pretty cold just taking some shelter into some trees uh I think the rain’s only going until about 1 or 2:00 so I might as well just push through push through the rain and hopefully the sun will come out in like 1 or two and dry me off before I set up camp for the night but we’ll have to see oh the [Applause] joys all right we’re about 40K is in uh the rain has stopped but it has replaced itself with a ice cold headwind so I think I’d actually prefer the rain than the ice cold headwind it’s going downhill before I wasn’t even gaining any speed ridiculous uh but I hope this next Town’s got a bakery and a coffee I could do with a little uh pun sh [Music] check out what I found this is sausage vending machine don’t know where uh the maps is being taken me a but it’s not really a cyclable road you know but I think it just goes up the Steep Hill and then rejoins the road so hopefully it’ll be okay okay current situation not great oh my God that was a nightmare that I’ve just been in there for about half an hour pushing up into those on the like disused Road it’s stung by Nettles and terrible but we are here I just literally just walked out of that bush so we’re nearly at the top now but uh yeah if you’re ever in bavara don’t recommend that path not great there it is the danu oh the uh second biggest river there’s a good and I think I’m following that all the way into Bulgaria basically uh new record set today new personal best as well have a look 116 km and still going cuz they don’t have anywhere to Camp I think there’s a campsite across across there but I’m almost 100% sure that the reception or whatever is going to be closed uh did scope out a couple of little Forest spots but it’s quite hilly around here it’s like kind of gorgees and there’s no like suitable flat spots to go so I don’t know keep on going have a little meet around I’m sure it’ll work itself out and you
