Can I get some opinions on this bike? Good price? What should I look for when I go see it?

They are asking $650. Caption reads – "very lightly used Scott Speedster 25 road bicycle. 20 speed Shimano tiagra equipped, Syncros wheels, seatpost and stem/bar. Upgraded selle italia seat and Continental tries. Comes with Shimano clipless pedals. Frame size is small, top tube c to c is 49 cm."
