Help me find a rim!

I have a Gt Pro Series 29 that I use as a fun toy to get around on and sometimes to wheelie. The bike comes as a single speed but I would like to change it to a 10 speed.

The spacing is 135mm and I would like a threaded hub in the $100-150 range, but I’m lost while looking. I was at a shop today and the guy said it would be over $300 to build a rim with the hub that I wanted.

I’ve checked all the bike shops in my area and spent quite a bit of time online trying to find a rim that would work but I couldn’t find one. It would be very appreciated if you guys shot me some recommendations on a rim to buy.
