Fear, anxiety, and even overthinking, can seem like weaknesses. However, the real issue is letting them cripple you not to even try.

When I cycled the sky bike in Croatia, I had so many fears and anxieties suddenly manifesting.
🦒 ME! 😲 Your resident Fitness Enthusiast who is ALWAYS keen to try something new.
I was scared. I was anxious. I thought of everything that could go wrong.
…But I still peddled forward 🚴 one foot in front of the other and so on.
I looked down. I looked Up. I looked around.
🥺SO WORTH IT!🙌
I embraced the fear and it honestly led me to a beautiful, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
I get to carry that personal win for myself.
