Can anyone help identify this bike or at least tell me what it's worth? Someone is selling this on Facebook marketplace. It has 700c wheels, so I'm guessing second half of the 80s. I know the shifter cables are installed incorrectly, but don't worry, that's only to my advantage as a buyer!
