Hi all, I believe my crank set is loose because there is a creaking sound whenever I paddle hard but not when I mount my bike and spin the crank with my arm. I also couldn't take out the cranks as the crank turns with the allen key when I attempt to take it out. I have tried both directions but it doesn't work.
- If i were able to take out the ball bearing inside, do I need to derust and relube it or do I need to buy a new one?
Bike is a 2nd hand Trek 1.1, bought and riding since March last year
