New bike. Getting gear slipping and couldn't change into 12th. Looked closely after a couple of rides and noticed the 12 cog is in line with the chain stay super tight with the chain chewing into the chainstay protection. Basically it seems impossible to shift into 12 and 11 chews on the frame. My bike mech is scratching his head and Canyon are trying to work out if there is a problem with the cassette don't have a spare Neuron to check in the UK office. Any ideas what's going on with this bike?
