[Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] welcome guys my name is Andor and this is my Tusan tra so the first time I went to Tusan Traer was last year on the 10th edition I found it really nice and somehow challenging so this year I went [Music] again so I arrived the night before I slept in the public parking lot in the car in the morning I was really [Music] excited I woke up early with the first light at 5:30 had a glass of water and started packing my bike at 6:30 I was at the gate at the start took my time and had a double espresso a donut then took a picture at the start gate and off we went the start was fairly easy except the fact that I had a flat in the third kilom I’m running pelich into M Suess with about 4,700 km on them and uh this was the first time I’ve had a flat or at least a visible [Music] one yeah so after 5,000 km the we off is starting to show on the rear wheel on the rear tire the knobs are almost gone I used the mof plug to fix it pushed it in cut it off pump some air and problem solved I found on the trail only two steep sections where I I had to get off the bike due to lack of Gears my gearing is of SRAM 2x 11 on a canyon Grail first [Music] generation despite the fact that the event is promoted as an unsupported cycling Adventure the Tuscan ra still had some let’s say checkpoints organized really nice organized by uh Tuscany tra or volunteers or even the towns for example fruits were distributed at several points there were food stations you could have some pasta some coffee eggs sleeping quarters were provided for example on soccer field with toilets improvise kitchen they learned from last year much better open [Music] nice the track was perfect we’ve had a little bit of everything gravel grass Trails Forest Trails asphalt Boulders hi bike section single tracks double tracks really really good balance absolutely nothing to comment so the gravel bike was uh the right choice this time regarding sleeping and accommodation uh this time I did not had a tent or a mattress because of the weight and size [Music] isues and uh after last year’s experience I decided to sleep in a hotel I’ve booked three nights in ADV Advance yes I know this is not bike packing if you book in advance I plan my track down to the meter for each day but it was a mistake because I could not anticipate the track only with Google Map so I planned based on the last year’s experience where the course was rougher so I thought I need a full day or I need 10 hours for 150 kilometers but I was wrong on the first day I’ve done 120 km uh at 3:00 p.m. I was ready so way too early and I was still physically fit but anyway I’ve got a good rest good sleep a good glass of wine lovely dinner in a good company got more energy for the second so uh quick summary on the first day I’ve had 120 km with 1,250 M of climbing second day 160 km with 2,400 M of climbing in 9 hours the third day 108 kilm with almost 2,000 M of climbing in 7 hours and the four day about 90 kilometer with 1,000 M of climbing in less than 5 hours so roughly a total of 480 kilm in about 27 hours with 6,000 650 M and an average speed of 18 kilomet per hour I’ve got absolutely nothing bad to say about this year’s Trail the climbs were really nice really Pleasant they were either really short either long so you had a choice you could push it or take it easy just a reminder please do not over back this year I did it again I had way too much stuff with me all being said enjoy the videos [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] The Watch [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] w [Music] see [Music] it’s I got keep [Music] train spee [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right this said [Music] [Music] I [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] see [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music]
