My Aeroad arrived damaged ( transport issue). After recording and documenting the evidence, I returned the bike to Canyon Australia. They assessed the damage and placed an order for a new frame. After a week I got the confirmation of the order from Canyon Germany that the delivery date will be between December 18- 28. At the same the bike is available online. My point is you pay 10K for a new bike, it comes damaged and they are asking you to wait 5+ months for fix. Really?
