What could be better than a cold beer after a long days’s riding. Especially when it is a locally brewed high quality Belgian Beer. The cool thing about the beers we had on our bikepacking, is that they are prewed of water that is filtered by the High Fens we biked through.

Hi I’m Mark, from GearLimits and I’m standing in front of the Brasserie D’Achouffe which has been the finish and goal of our three-day bike packing trip through the Ardennes We started in Maastricht en travelled south, The fun thing is that, in the area we biked through the Ardennes, the Hautes Fagnes rain falls, and the rain seeps through the ground, and I think it takes 60 years, for it to be purified and sinks into the springs the springs, which are used for the clear water of which these delicious beers are made. It’s a super combination, Bikes and Beers If you’ve ridden hard all day, riding 70 or 80 kilometers Through wind and rain,…or the sun, by the way, then such a beer tastes really good. I strongly recommend it to anyone, After a wonderful day of riding, a delicious Belgian beer. Cheers!
