It was supposed to be new bike day for the wife but as we were assembling noticed that the rear derailleur was loose. As we looked into it the derailleur fell off with the receiving threads sheared off on the bolt and the area around the hanger looking chewed up. Contacted Canyon for warranty so we’ll see how they resolve it. Still a bummer since we were going to ride this weekend.
