[Music] 36 started out with a 10k run was waitting for the boys to arrive and as soon as they did we went the fights together and we were out on road for their Randa ritual of course headed over and up Randa once again some people a little bit happier than others about that but to be fair to Chris it was ridiculously windy today you can see just how much slower we were on the way out than on the way back tomorrow could be the biggest day ever for me on a bike 120 M 5,000 ft of climbing to see this lighthouse on top of the hill
