At 23:00 hrs last night, on my cycle, I was overtaken by a very noisy quadbike. Unlike me he had no lights . ( I saw two unlit ones on the A1 bridge a couple of years ago at 01:00).
So basically, Nottingham is like most of the other cities in the country
