My dad gave me his 2005 Trek 1500 SLR after he stopped riding, I rode it in its original 3×9 105 configuration for the past year or so. I just finished upgrading the groupset to R8000 Ultegra 2×11 mech and added the aero wheels. Reynolds Sixty Six rear and Zipp 530 front.
