there’s probably a hundred different ways you can make money from property but it’s only when you get into it you realize and so many different people use certain strategies and they do really well from those but not all strategies work all the time some strategies work better at certain times of the property cycle because the market Works in a cycle you’ve have your boom bust it’s just the way it is uh and some strategies work better in different locations depending on where you’re based geography wise in the country uh so I think now when you know we we think there’ll be a bit of a Slowdown in the market um we think the kind of opportuni of difference
