Following yesterday’s thrilling start to the spring classics season, Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne draws ‘Opening Weekend’ to a dramatic close. The 195.7km route, starting and finishing in Kuurne on the outskirts of Kortrijk features 13 challenging climbs, the last of which peaks with 50km remaining. The racing here is unpredictable, so expect anything from a bunch sprint to a solo winner!

what a win. i thought Tiesj was spent and should have attacked earlier, in order to set it up for Van Hooydonck (who just looked awesome in that final 5k). kept urging him to counter attack whenever Mohoric closed to gap to Nathan but, that super sly move up the right. PERFECT! What a win. What a weekend!
