Would you buy a Scott Sub Speed 10 for 400€ ?

Hello everyone !
Pretty simple, i have a Fixie, and i want something less "agressive" to commute, and bikepacking.

There is a Scott sub speed 10 in my town, in good condition (got checked at the LBS last year).

Hit or pass ?
