    5- HAVE TEAM DRAG YOUR NON CLIMBING ASS UP THE HILL
    6- GET IN LEAD OUT TRAIN
    7- GIVE 100% FOR THE LAST 300 YARDS OF THE RACE
    8- IF YOU WIN -RAISE HANDS LIKE YOU ARE THE GREATEST CYCLIST IN THE WORLD

  2. As somebody with a lot of top-end power but who takes a while to "spin up" and doesn't have that acceleration, I'm well-suited to giving leadouts so I'm very happy to see this video.

  3. Like the video. Very thorough and informative. But you forgot two very important sprinter techniques, head butting and hip checking…..a la Cavendish.

  4. Not too long ago, I watched a video with 4 presenters on it with entirely different faces than in this video.
    This channel sure grows fast…

  5. Grat lead out tips, but Chris needs a beard trim, possibly a shave, helmets look terrible and one of the bikes looks really large but nice color scheme. Thanks for keeping up the good work 🙂

  6. HI.. I hope you have time to reply to this posting. I don't cycle competitive so i don't know the strategy that is done on a race. When on a team, do you have the team work for a particular rider to win?
