Is this TREK Madone 4.3 good for 600€?

Hello! I'm a complete cycling noob trying to get my hands on my first bike. I know very little about bikes.

I've read around that it is best to look for something second hand. This bike tops out my budget (600€). It is a TREK Madone from 2014. Would this be a good deal for a beginner?
