Help: Giant Talon 1 GE 2020

Hi! I Want to get started on MTB and I'm looking at my first bike. Recently came across a used Giant Talon 1 GE 2020 for 465$.

Is it a reasonable price? Also, what's the difference between the stardand and the GE version?
