So, I recently noticed I have cracks in my back tyre. Most noticeable on the side walls, but also a bit on the edge of the knobs. These cracks are at the same position on the back tyre. There’s also a bit of bulging on the walls but only very little and hard to see.
They’ve been driven for about 2800km/1740mi and only within air pressure spec – but on the lower side as I drive a lot on dirt/gravel roads and like the cushion. No air loss so far to note.
I asked the shop where I bought it, and they said I could easily drive 1000+km/621+mi on it no problem.
I’m a bit sceptic though so are there any tyre smart people here that can say if I’m gonna eat dirt tomorrow?
