I'm considering among these two options at the moment. My intention is to spend most of the time on the road, with occasional excursions into gravel.
My uneducated summary is that the riverside 900 does not have a front suspension (I am not sure if that's a good idea if I'm going to spend most of my time on the road), but does have a front rack for paniers. The seat seems to be of better quality on the riverside 900.
I get lost when comparing the drivetrain, pedals, etc. It isn't clear to me which of the two has the lowest gear setting. I tried 99 spokes but the data for the riverside 900 is not there.
