So last week I emailed FSA to see if they could send me the crankset to install myself, and they said that a shop has to receive and install the replacement. I told them that no shops around me are FSA dealers but they insisted that any shop can contact them to obtain the replacement and be reimbursed for the labor.
After calling several shops, I finally found one that agreed to help me out (very kind of them since they are a dealer of another big brand). After a few days, they said that they attempted to contact FSA but essentially got ghosted with no response back. So I just picked it up since the crankset still works fine.
Any ideas where I go from here? From another post on here, it seems like others have had similar experiences but no luck given that Canyon doesn’t have any shops. Are we just SOL?
