Pine creek rail trail. Advice needed for the complete ride from Wellsboro to jersey shore and back…. timing, distances, and days.

Planning my first overnighter. The plan is to ride from Wellsboro to Jersey shore… head north on the same trail with an overnight at Bonnell Flats Campground… and use the following day to ride back to Wellsboro.
