Hello – I recently purchased a Grail CF SL 7. When I first received the bike, both thru-axle levers were capable of pulled away from the wheel by a half inch or so, allowing them to spin freely, be aligned with the bike's frame, and then snapped back into place. After my first ride, I noticed that my front thru-axle was no longer capable of doing this. The lever won't pull out all the way, as if it is getting caught or hung up on something. It won't budge.
Unfortunately, I don't think this part is available for purchase and Canyon Customer Support hasn't been much help. Any ideas or advice? Appreciate your assistance!
