Obviously, rei having the year warranty is nice, I do think the Trek FX7.4 and Specialized Sirrus sound decent for a versatile commuter. I am 5’8/135lbs so all these should fit fine, some of the ones offering extra tires/tubes sound appealing, but I suppose if one of the options is far superior that likely outweighs the value of extra’s.
