Hello, newb here. I have a 2022 all city space horse size 61cm. I use it for touring/bikepacking but the steerer tube is cut super low. All city offers the replacement fork, but it has an offset of 52. The fork on the stock bike has an offset of 47. Same axle to crown length. If I got the new fork with a different offset what would it do to the handling/geometry of the bike?? Any help is appreciated!
