Thinking about going for the Co-op Cycles ADV 3.1 Bike that is 40% off right now, but not sure about 650B tire size.

I’ve always ridden 700c and don’t feel like I really need to change that for any reason, but the bike comes with 650b. Am I going to feel a major change going from 700c to 650b?
